Mr. Roberto D’Avola is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan. He is responsible for leading our local coverage efforts across Global Investment Banking, Global Corporate Banking and Treasury Services in the region. Mr. D’Avola joined J.P. Morgan in August 2007 as an Executive Director in the Latin American Derivatives Marketing Group where he focused on the origination, structuring and marketing of equity derivatives to issuers and other investors across the region. Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. D’Avola led the Latin America Debt Capital Markets group and was responsible for the origination and execution of all debt raising activities for sovereign, corporate and private sector clients. |

Juan Domingo Mazzon was born in Argentina on April 14, 1974. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University (Tennessee - US). He is Superintendent of Finance, Administration and Public Sector. He also served as Superintendent of Internal Controls and Risk Management. He works at the Bank since June 2009, where he served as Director from April 2011 to September 2012. He has also served as VP Corporate Finance at MBA Lazard Banco de Inversiones SA, Senior Associate of Investment Banking at BBVA Banco Francés S.A. and further developed tasks of Assurance Services Manager at Grand Thornton LLP. |

Antonio Estrany y Gendre was appointed Vice-Chairman Global Banking in July 2016. He joined HSBC in 2013 as Head of Global Banking and Capital Financing Argentina, and before served as CEO for AST Partners and AXIAL Analytics. He founded these two companies after working at HSBC for 10 years as a member of the Investment Banking Board for the Americas and head of Treasury, Corporate and Investment Banking in Argentina. Prior to working for HSBC, Antonio served as Country Manager for Baring Brothers Argentina. His financial career started at JPMorgan where he spent 7 years both in New York and in Buenos Aires. He holds an MBA from Stanford, a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and an economics degree from Universidad Catolica Argentina. |

Senior Executive of the private sector in Argentina. Economist and Administrator, he specialized in International Finance at the Andrés Bello Catholic University of Caracas and holds a Master in Public Management from the IESA (Instituto Superior de Estudios de Administración de Caracas) and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is now pursuing a PhD in Political Sciences at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). He has extensive experience in international financial institutions, such as the World Bank and the CAF, where he has leaded teams in program design, structure and implementation, as well as several financing projects in several countries of Latin America. He is a professor at the School of Economy of the Andrés Bello Catholic University of Caracas, and teaches Emerging Financial Markets in the post-graduate degree in Political Sciences at UCV. He has authored and co-authored a number of publications in the area of Energy and Strategic Management. |

Manuel Cabrerizo has more than 20 years international experience in structured finance and investment banking gained with Voltiq and WestLB, globally. During that time he has closed more than 50 financings across sectors and jurisdictions. At Voltiq, he has been particularly active in structuring renewable energy transactions in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Chile and Panamá. He's been involved in landmark transactions such as the project financing of the 146 MWp Laberinto project in Chile's Atacama desert, closed in the summer of 2015. |
