|Maximiliano Morrone graduated as Industrial Engineer from the Catholic University of Argentina, studied at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), and holds a Master in Renewable Energy from the National Technological University (Argentina). He also studied Strategic Marketing at the IAE Business School (Argentina).
Maximiliano has 14 years of experience in the energy sector and, in recent years, has developed projects in the field of solar energy and energy efficiency.
Currently, he serves as National Director of Renewable Energy Promotion at the Undersecretariat of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mining of Argentina. His main responsibility is to promote the use and incorporation of different renewable energy sources to the national energy matrix. Moreover, he is in charge of defining and managing development programs, scientific and technological research, and technical studies and resource inventory in Argentina.

|Ignacio Romero is the Director of Distributed Generation at the Undersecretariat of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mining of Argentina. He is currently in charge of the development and implementation of the Distributed Generation and Solar-Thermal Generation Programs at the federal level.
He has international engineering and management experience across different project and operational phases in the Renewable Energy industry: Business Development, Engineering Design, Manufacturing, EPC Project Management and Operational Efficiency for different technologies. Ignacio has previously worked for ICSA, IMPSA and most recently Enel Green Power North America based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ignacio Romero is a Fulbright Scholar, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer (Universidad de Mendoza, Argentina) with a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management (Northeastern University, Boston) as well as graduate degrees in Project Management (U.N.Cuyo), Engineering Leadership (NEU) and Macroeconomics (MIT Sloan).

|Mr. Villalonga is the National Congressman of Cambiemos Party, representing the City of Buenos Aires, and spokesman of Los Verdes, the Argentinean eco-political organization. Former President of the Environmental Protection Agency of the City of Buenos Aires and former Political Director of Greenpeace Argentina (from 1994 to 2011).
Villalonga has been participating actively in the environmental movement since 1984. In 1985 he founded the ‘Taller Ecologista’ in the city of Rosario, one of the main environmental organizations in the region, and he was part of the general coordination until 1994. During those years he led many nationalcampaigns and from Latin America as well.
In December 2015, he took leadership of the Argentinean delegation on representation of the new government at the Conference of Parties N°22 of the United Nations Climate Change Conference, known as COP22 in Paris. He worked to get Argentina to a new level of international commitment in terms of climate contributions.

|Jorge Horacio Giubergia graduated in 2001 as an Industrial Engineer at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2003, he graduated as “Nuclear Energy Technological Applications Specialist” at the Balseiro Institute, and in 2005, as “Nuclear Reactors Specialist” at the Nuclear Studies Institute, Dan Beninson.
He was in charge of the Division of Energy Prospecting and Planning of the Constituyentes National Commission of Atomic Energy, where he managed, coordinated and conducted studies about national and international electricity markets. He evaluated current and developing technologies from an economic, environmental and technical point of view. He conducted studies of the location of new nuclear power stations and coordinated the implementation of the institutional strategic plan. Moreover, he took part in a number of national and international projects, participating actively in congresses, scientific meetings, workshops, technical meetings and methodology evaluation of energy planning.
From 2014, he is in charge of the laboratory of Physics in the Catholic University of Salta and serves as Director of the research project “Evaluation of the sustainability of replacing traditional distribution electric transformers for transformers with amorphous nuclei in the Salta province”.

|Raúl Javier graduated as Public Accountant from the National University of Salta and holds a post-graduate degree in Tax Law from the National University of Salta.
From December 2015, he serves as Minister of Environment and Sustainable Production of the Province of Salta. He is in charge of the Secretariat of Environment, the Department of Land Affairs, and the Secretariats of Mining, Energy and Water Resources.
From August 2012 to February 2016, Raúl Javier was the Director of Salta´s General Institution of Parks and Industrial Areas. In addition, he was the Representative of the Province of Salta to the Federal Tax Commission, from August 2010 to January 2016, and the Representative of the Province of Salta to the Arbitration and Plenary Committee of the Multilateral Agreement – Gross Income Tax, from November 2009 to January 2016.

|Mauro Soares is an advisor and former National Director for Renewable Energy at the Undersecretariat for Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Argentina. In that capacity, he was in charge of redesigning and implementing a new regulatory framework for the clean energy industry in Argentina. He has worked in the traditional and renewable energy industries for 20 years. He has held different management positions in the private sector where his last role was as Manager of Business Development for Tecpetrol based out of Buenos Aires. He has also worked extensively in the creation and growth of the Argentine Renewable Energy Chamber (CADER) and with other local NGOs and think tanks such as Fundación Avina, Directorio Legislativo, Escenarios Energéticos 2030, Fundación la Tierra Habla. He is a professor of Energy Markets and Project Evaluation at the National Technological University (UTN) in Buenos Aires. Since 2011, and based on his background and contributions, Mauro is a member of the BMW Foundation´s network of World Sustainable Leaders. He is an economist (Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires) and he has Master’s of Sciences in Management (Sloan Program, Stanford University).|

|Mr. Roberto D’Avola is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan. He is responsible for leading our local coverage efforts across Global Investment Banking, Global Corporate Banking and Treasury Services in the region. Mr. D’Avola joined J.P. Morgan in August 2007 as an Executive Director in the Latin American Derivatives Marketing Group where he focused on the origination, structuring and marketing of equity derivatives to issuers and other investors across the region. Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. D’Avola led the Latin America Debt Capital Markets group and was responsible for the origination and execution of all debt raising activities for sovereign, corporate and private sector clients.|
