Marcelo is a founding partner of Eternum Energy Argentina, a solar energy development and advisory company based in Argentina. Prior to Eternum, he spent most of his solar energy career with Silver Ridge Power, where he was involved in all major transactions including the sale of 50% ownership to SunEdison. He was initially based in Washington DC where he focused on business development and finance and later moved to Europe where he focused on a fleet-wide program to increase the effectiveness of operations and share best practices across the global fleet of 522 MW in seven countries – all solar PV. He also led the exploration of new opportunities in places such as Chile and Mauretania. Marcelo holds a BA in Business Administration from the Universidad Catolica Argentina, an MSc in Social Policy from the University of Bath in the UK and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was awarded the Alumni merit-based scholarship.

Alejandro began his activity in Macrosa S.A.(Caterpiler Distributor in Argentina) as Costs and Budget Supervisor.
His professional training led him to work in the 80`s as Experienced Manager of the Auditing Department of Arthur Andersen – Pistrelli, Diaz y Asoc, working in Business and System Consulting Division.
In 1990 he started working for Pepsico Argentina – Beverages Division, where he was responsible for the Finance and Planning Management for South America. Later on he was transferred to Chile where he held the Country Manager position. In 1996 he takes over the Franchising Direction for Chile, Paraguay and the interior of Argentina and then he was promoted as Franchising Vice President for South America and President of PepsiCola Argentina.
Between 2004 and 2006, Alejandro assumed as General Manager of Natura Cosméticos S.A.
In March 2007, Alejandro was appointed as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina.
He is Public Accountant from Universidad de Buenos Aires, UBA (1982). He is married with two children.

Mauro Soares is an advisor and former National Director for Renewable Energy at the Undersecretariat for Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Argentina. In that capacity, he was in charge of redesigning and implementing a new regulatory framework for the clean energy industry in Argentina. He has worked in the traditional and renewable energy industries for 20 years. He has held different management positions in the private sector where his last role was as Manager of Business Development for Tecpetrol based out of Buenos Aires. He has also worked extensively in the creation and growth of the Argentine Renewable Energy Chamber (CADER) and with other local NGOs and think tanks such as Fundación Avina, Directorio Legislativo, Escenarios Energéticos 2030, Fundación la Tierra Habla. He is a professor of Energy Markets and Project Evaluation at the National Technological University (UTN) in Buenos Aires. Since 2011, and based on his background and contributions, Mauro is a member of the BMW Foundation´s network of World Sustainable Leaders. He is an economist (Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires) and he has Master’s of Sciences in Management (Sloan Program, Stanford University).

GUSTAVO BAEZ /// QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - CAMMESA
Gustavo Baez is a graduate of the National University of Rosario as an Electrical Engineer, and has more than 20 years of experience in the Argentine electrical sector.
He joined CAMMESA in 1993, previously working in consulting within the energy sector.
In CAMMESA, he served as Chief of Economic Transactions from 2000 to 2012, participated in the design of the Company's Economic Transactions System and Billing System. At the moment Mr. Baez is part of the Management of Analysis and Control, its tasks linked fundamentally to projects in generation expansion.
As a representative of CAMMESA, he took seat in the Committees in the Trust Execution in the construction of the Guillermo Brown Thermoelectric Power Plant.
Participated in Rounds 1 and 1.5 of the RenovAr Program, through which 59 power generation projects were awarded from renewable energy sources, for a total of 2424 MW.
Since 2015, he has been in charge of the company's Quality Management System. He participated as exhibitor in several international events of CIER and CIGRÉ.

Mr. Duhart is a Principal Investment Officer, to be moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina in April 2017. He works in the Infrastructure and Energy Division at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC) and currently involved in infrastructure projects in the Southern Cone, including renewable energy projects in Argentina. He has professional experience working in finance and banking for more than 27 years. Among the areas of industry expertise it is worth mentioning oil and gas, energy, and utility sectors.
Mr. Duhart graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) with a degree as Certified Public Accountant and in Business Administration; he also obtained a master in Finance from the Centro de Estudios Macro-Económicos de Argentina (CEMA).

Mr. Roberto D’Avola is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan. He is responsible for leading our local coverage efforts across Global Investment Banking, Global Corporate Banking and Treasury Services in the region. Mr. D’Avola joined J.P. Morgan in August 2007 as an Executive Director in the Latin American Derivatives Marketing Group where he focused on the origination, structuring and marketing of equity derivatives to issuers and other investors across the region. Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. D’Avola led the Latin America Debt Capital Markets group and was responsible for the origination and execution of all debt raising activities for sovereign, corporate and private sector clients.

Juan Domingo Mazzon was born in Argentina on April 14, 1974.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University (Tennessee - US).
He is Superintendent of Finance, Administration and Public Sector. He also served as Superintendent of Internal Controls and Risk Management.
He works at the Bank since June 2009, where he served as Director from April 2011 to September 2012.
He has also served as VP Corporate Finance at MBA Lazard Banco de Inversiones SA, Senior Associate of Investment Banking at BBVA Banco Francés S.A. and further developed tasks of Assurance Services Manager at Grand Thornton LLP.

Antonio Estrany y Gendre was appointed Vice-Chairman Global Banking in July 2016.
He joined HSBC in 2013 as Head of Global Banking and Capital Financing Argentina, and before served as CEO for AST Partners and AXIAL Analytics. He founded these two companies after working at HSBC for 10 years as a member of the Investment Banking Board for the Americas and head of Treasury, Corporate and Investment Banking in Argentina.
Prior to working for HSBC, Antonio served as Country Manager for Baring Brothers Argentina.
His financial career started at JPMorgan where he spent 7 years both in New York and in Buenos Aires. He holds an MBA from Stanford, a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and an economics degree from Universidad Catolica Argentina.

Senior Executive of the private sector in Argentina. Economist and Administrator, he specialized in International Finance at the Andrés Bello Catholic University of Caracas and holds a Master in Public Management from the IESA (Instituto Superior de Estudios de Administración de Caracas) and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is now pursuing a PhD in Political Sciences at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV).
He has extensive experience in international financial institutions, such as the World Bank and the CAF, where he has leaded teams in program design, structure and implementation, as well as several financing projects in several countries of Latin America. He is a professor at the School of Economy of the Andrés Bello Catholic University of Caracas, and teaches Emerging Financial Markets in the post-graduate degree in Political Sciences at UCV. He has authored and co-authored a number of publications in the area of Energy and Strategic Management.

Manuel Cabrerizo has more than 20 years international experience in structured finance and investment banking gained with Voltiq and WestLB, globally. During that time he has closed more than 50 financings across sectors and jurisdictions. At Voltiq, he has been particularly active in structuring renewable energy transactions in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Chile and Panamá. He's been involved in landmark transactions such as the project financing of the 146 MWp Laberinto project in Chile's Atacama desert, closed in the summer of 2015.
