Mauro Soares is an advisor and former National Director for Renewable Energy at the Undersecretariat for Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Argentina. In that capacity, he was in charge of redesigning and implementing a new regulatory framework for the clean energy industry in Argentina. He has worked in the traditional and renewable energy industries for 20 years. He has held different management positions in the private sector where his last role was as Manager of Business Development for Tecpetrol based out of Buenos Aires. He has also worked extensively in the creation and growth of the Argentine Renewable Energy Chamber (CADER) and with other local NGOs and think tanks such as Fundación Avina, Directorio Legislativo, Escenarios Energéticos 2030, Fundación la Tierra Habla. He is a professor of Energy Markets and Project Evaluation at the National Technological University (UTN) in Buenos Aires. Since 2011, and based on his background and contributions, Mauro is a member of the BMW Foundation´s network of World Sustainable Leaders. He is an economist (Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires) and he has Master’s of Sciences in Management (Sloan Program, Stanford University).

Ignacio Romero is the Director of Distributed Generation at the Undersecretariat of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mining of Argentina. He is currently in charge of the development and implementation of the Distributed Generation and Solar-Thermal Generation Programs at the federal level.
He has international engineering and management experience across different project and operational phases in the Renewable Energy industry: Business Development, Engineering Design, Manufacturing, EPC Project Management and Operational Efficiency for different technologies. Ignacio has previously worked for ICSA, IMPSA and most recently Enel Green Power North America based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ignacio Romero is a Fulbright Scholar, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer (Universidad de Mendoza, Argentina) with a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management (Northeastern University, Boston) as well as graduate degrees in Project Management (U.N.Cuyo), Engineering Leadership (NEU) and Macroeconomics (MIT Sloan).

Maximiliano Morrone graduated as Industrial Engineer from the Catholic University of Argentina, studied at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), and holds a Master in Renewable Energy from the National Technological University (Argentina). He also studied Strategic Marketing at the IAE Business School (Argentina).
Maximiliano has 14 years of experience in the energy sector and, in recent years, has developed projects in the field of solar energy and energy efficiency.
Currently, he serves as National Director of Renewable Energy Promotion at the Undersecretariat of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mining of Argentina. His main responsibility is to promote the use and incorporation of different renewable energy sources to the national energy matrix. Moreover, he is in charge of defining and managing development programs, scientific and technological research, and technical studies and resource inventory in Argentina.

Mr. Villalonga is the National Congressman of Cambiemos Party, representing the City of Buenos Aires, and spokesman of Los Verdes, the Argentinean eco-political organization. Former President of the Environmental Protection Agency of the City of Buenos Aires and former Political Director of Greenpeace Argentina (from 1994 to 2011).
Villalonga has been participating actively in the environmental movement since 1984. In 1985 he founded the ‘Taller Ecologista’ in the city of Rosario, one of the main environmental organizations in the region, and he was part of the general coordination until 1994. During those years he led many nationalcampaigns and from Latin America as well.
In December 2015, he took leadership of the Argentinean delegation on representation of the new government at the Conference of Parties N°22 of the United Nations Climate Change Conference, known as COP22 in Paris. He worked to get Argentina to a new level of international commitment in terms of climate contributions.

Jorge Horacio Giubergia graduated in 2001 as an Industrial Engineer at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2003, he graduated as “Nuclear Energy Technological Applications Specialist” at the Balseiro Institute, and in 2005, as “Nuclear Reactors Specialist” at the Nuclear Studies Institute, Dan Beninson.
He was in charge of the Division of Energy Prospecting and Planning of the Constituyentes National Commission of Atomic Energy, where he managed, coordinated and conducted studies about national and international electricity markets. He evaluated current and developing technologies from an economic, environmental and technical point of view. He conducted studies of the location of new nuclear power stations and coordinated the implementation of the institutional strategic plan. Moreover, he took part in a number of national and international projects, participating actively in congresses, scientific meetings, workshops, technical meetings and methodology evaluation of energy planning.
From 2014, he is in charge of the laboratory of Physics in the Catholic University of Salta and serves as Director of the research project “Evaluation of the sustainability of replacing traditional distribution electric transformers for transformers with amorphous nuclei in the Salta province”.

Veronica was born in Esperanza, Santa Fe province, on October 9, 1974. She is married with two children.

In 2007, she entered the metallurgical company FERMA S.A., which she managed from 2013 until November 2015. She participated actively in the Esperanza Industrial Area project, integrating the Governing Board of the business association of the city, where she was the main grantor. Asier has been involved in solar energy since 2007. He served as CFO and PV Director in Abengoa Solar US, Global PV Project Director in Abengoa Solar, Energy Sales and Project Development Director New Markets-Latam in SunEdison and joined Jinko Solar in October 2015. Currently he is the Managing Director of the Americas for Jinko’s Internation Power Division.
He was part of the team that developed and won 500MW of CSP in the US and led the award of USD 3 billion of Federal Loan Guarantees from the US DOE. He has bid in private and public tenders in different countries in North, Central and South America, Africa and Australia.
Jinko Solar was awarded in the past year with 3 solar PV projects totaling 250MWp in the first Mexican renewable energy auction, being the first projects of Jinko’s International IPP business and recently was awarded a 94MWp in the Argentinian tender RenovAr 1.5. He is now also looking to expand the IPP business to more Latam countries as well as US and Canada.
Prior to joining the renewable energy space, he was in project finance and also worked as a stock and derivatives trader in a brokerage house.

In 1990 he started working for Pepsico Argentina – Beverages Division, where he was responsible for the Finance and Planning Management for South America. Later on he was transferred to Chile where he held the Country Manager position. In 1996 he takes over the Franchising Direction for Chile, Paraguay and the interior of Argentina and then he was promoted as Franchising Vice President for South America and President of PepsiCola Argentina.

In March 2007, Alejandro was appointed as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina.

Alberto Cuter has been involved in renewable energy since 2008. He served as Sales Director in Phoenix Solar and Heliosphera and joined Jinko Solar in 2010. He opened the Italian branch and developed the Italian market positioning Jinko as leader modules supplier in 2011 and 2012. In 2013 he was appointed as Sales Director of Emerging Markets (LATAM and MEA). He developed and positioned Jinko as market leader in the most important market such as South Africa and Chile with more than 30% of market share, making Jinko the leader modules supplier in the region.
As per new strategy of Jinko management, in July 2015 he was appointed as a General Manager Latam and Italy to lead a team of high professional managers in 7 countries across the region. Actually Jinko has been recognized as market leader in Chile, Brazil and Central America, with more than 600 MW sold in the region.
Prior to stepping into solar PV industry, Alberto Cuter has worked in the telecommunication Industry as Sales Director in companies as Telecom Italia, Wind and Deloitte Consulting.

Mathias Möhrpahl has more than 8 years experience in the LATAM & international financial and consulting sector. For the last years, he has been working at Ficus Capital, one of the leading pure focus investment banking boutiques in the Southern cone of Latin America, with full transaction execution and project development capabilities in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and other LATAM countries. He has worked on and lead several transactions in the renewable energy, food & beverage, transport and financial service sector in countries such as Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.
Currently, he is strongly involved in renewable energy deal structurings and project developments in Argentina, where Ficus Capital has recently established a new office.
Prior to that, Mathias Möhrpahl has acted as Director for Asset Management and Financial Institutions with a principle focus on the identification and the funding of different investments as well as managing the operations and the cross-border information flows and decision making processes, mostly between German and Nordic institutions and their subsidiaries in Chile. Mathias holds a MSc. in Economics from the University of London, UK and has studied Economics in Cologne and Kiel, Germany.

Mr. Torretta joined Enerray in 2011, currently in the role of Director of International Business Development and he heads their LATAM division. Gustavo Baez is a graduate of the National University of Rosario as an Electrical Engineer, and has more than 20 years of experience in the Argentine electrical sector.
He joined CAMMESA in 1993, previously working in consulting within the energy sector.
In CAMMESA, he served as Chief of Economic Transactions from 2000 to 2012, participated in the design of the Company's Economic Transactions System and Billing System. At the moment Mr. Baez is part of the Management of Analysis and Control, its tasks linked fundamentally to projects in generation expansion.
As a representative of CAMMESA, he took seat in the Committees in the Trust Execution in the construction of the Guillermo Brown Thermoelectric Power Plant.
Participated in Rounds 1 and 1.5 of the RenovAr Program, through which 59 power generation projects were awarded from renewable energy sources, for a total of 2424 MW.

Mr. Alejandro Lew has joined 360 Energy as Chief Executive Officer in May 2016, where he oversees the group´s activities for the development, construction and operation of solar PV plants in Argentina. Mr. Lew has a degree in economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Between 1994 and 2009, he held various positions in the financial system. He began his professional career with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Argentina within the Secretary of Finance, in charge of the process of valuation of companies subject to privatization in which the State had retained a minority interest for further sale in capital markets. Between 1997 and 2004, he worked at the New York offices of JPMorgan Chase, primarily involved in debt capital markets origination. In 2004, Mr. Lew relocated to Argentina where he was in charge of local debt and derivative instruments origination and responsible for the commercial team of the Treasury of the Buenos Aires branch of the bank. In 2007, he joined Banco HSBC, overseeing their local and international debt capital markets teams as well as derivatives origination businesses for the Southern Cone and as of 2008 he was promoted to Managing Director and co-head of the Latin America International debt origination team based in New York. From 2012 to 2016 he served as Chief Financial Officer at Genneia S.A.
