Alfredo Solar Pinedo is a Civil Engineer graduated from Universidad de Chile.
In 2002 he became General Manager of Acciona Energía Chile and worked across their entire technology portfolio. In 2014 he moved to SunEdison and became their GM for the Chilean market. During this tenure the company developed, financed, built and operate 400 MW of PV Projects in Chile. From 2010 to 2016 he also acted as President of ACERA, the Chilean Renewable Energies Association. Since 2017 he is General Manager Chile for ATLAS Renewable Energy. An Actis Company who has recently acquire assets from SunEdison (Chile, Uruguay Brasil and Mexico) to create a Renewable Platform in Latam with a 1.5 GW investment plan.

Mathias Möhrpahl has more than 8 years experience in the LATAM & international financial and consulting sector. For the last years, he has been working at Ficus Capital, one of the leading pure focus investment banking boutiques in the Southern cone of Latin America, with full transaction execution and project development capabilities in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and other LATAM countries. He has worked on and lead several transactions in the renewable energy, food & beverage, transport and financial service sector in countries such as Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.
Currently, he is strongly involved in renewable energy deal structurings and project developments in Argentina, where Ficus Capital has recently established a new office.
Prior to that, Mathias Möhrpahl has acted as Director for Asset Management and Financial Institutions with a principle focus on the identification and the funding of different investments as well as managing the operations and the cross-border information flows and decision making processes, mostly between German and Nordic institutions and their subsidiaries in Chile. Mathias holds a MSc. in Economics from the University of London, UK and has studied Economics in Cologne and Kiel, Germany.

Sandra Srulevich. Principal Executive in the Direction of Energy at the Latin-American Development Bank, CAF. She is responsible of leading the evaluation process in the non-sovereign risk projects in the South Region (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay). She has participated in projects that aim to diversify the energy matrix in countries as Uruguay, Chile and Brazil. Previously, she worked at Discount Bank Latin America, where she was in charge of the credit risk evaluations for the corporate loans, and in the Audit Department at Deloitte. Sandra earned a BA from the Economic School at the Universidad de la República and a Master in Corporate Finance from the Universidad Católica Dámaso Antonio Larrañaga, Uruguay.

Mr. Alejandro Lew has joined 360 Energy as Chief Executive Officer in May 2016, where he oversees the group´s activities for the development, construction and operation of solar PV plants in Argentina. Mr. Lew has a degree in economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Between 1994 and 2009, he held various positions in the financial system. He began his professional career with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Argentina within the Secretary of Finance, in charge of the process of valuation of companies subject to privatization in which the State had retained a minority interest for further sale in capital markets. Between 1997 and 2004, he worked at the New York offices of JPMorgan Chase, primarily involved in debt capital markets origination. In 2004, Mr. Lew relocated to Argentina where he was in charge of local debt and derivative instruments origination and responsible for the commercial team of the Treasury of the Buenos Aires branch of the bank. In 2007, he joined Banco HSBC, overseeing their local and international debt capital markets teams as well as derivatives origination businesses for the Southern Cone and as of 2008 he was promoted to Managing Director and co-head of the Latin America International debt origination team based in New York. From 2012 to 2016 he served as Chief Financial Officer at Genneia S.A.

She worked a decade in the electric sector in environmental related issues, including small off grid solar power systems.
She is head of the RED REN 24 renewable energy project, winner of 2011 FITS Solar – IDB/FONARSEC project, thats aim to replace traditional battery storage with a pumping water system, making the system complete renewable.
She is San Andres University Argentina alumni- Renewable Energy Projects Direction Executive Program.
She also has a Master in environmental management and is GIZ and Carolina Foundation alumni.
She is member of the Argentinian International Council of Large Electric Systems CIGRE SC C3 System Environmental Performance Comitte.
She was member of ADEERA Power Companies Association of Argentina Republic Environmental Commission. She was member of the Argentinian Electrotecnical Association AEA EMF Electromagnetic fields Study Group.

Alejandro began his activity in Macrosa S.A.(Caterpiler Distributor in Argentina) as Costs and Budget Supervisor.
His professional training led him to work in the 80`s as Experienced Manager of the Auditing Department of Arthur Andersen – Pistrelli, Diaz y Asoc, working in Business and System Consulting Division.
In 1990 he started working for Pepsico Argentina – Beverages Division, where he was responsible for the Finance and Planning Management for South America. Later on he was transferred to Chile where he held the Country Manager position. In 1996 he takes over the Franchising Direction for Chile, Paraguay and the interior of Argentina and then he was promoted as Franchising Vice President for South America and President of PepsiCola Argentina.
Between 2004 and 2006, Alejandro assumed as General Manager of Natura Cosméticos S.A.
In March 2007, Alejandro was appointed as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina.
He is Public Accountant from Universidad de Buenos Aires, UBA (1982). He is married with two children.

In 2007, she entered the metallurgical company FERMA S.A., which she managed from 2013 until November 2015. She participated actively in the Esperanza Industrial Area project, integrating the Governing Board of the business association of the city, where she was the main grantor. She also took part in the FISFE Youth Board (Industrial Association of the Santa Fe Province) and in the Founding Board of Esperanza Metallurgic Industry Chamber.

From August 2012 to February 2016, Raúl Javier was the Director of Salta´s General Institution of Parks and Industrial Areas. In addition, he was the Representative of the Province of Salta to the Federal Tax Commission, from August 2010 to January 2016, and the Representative of the Province of Salta to the Arbitration and Plenary Committee of the Multilateral Agreement – Gross Income Tax, from November 2009 to January 2016.
